Engaged in practical real estate sales and brokerage work, and obtained the Japanese Real Estate Transaction Agent (Licensed Realtor) qualification.
2013Passed all sections of the U.S. Certified Public Accountant (USCPA) examination. Joined EY ShinNihon LLC, Tokyo office, where he primarily worked on statutory audits for major Japanese megabanks under both U.S. GAAP and Japanese GAAP.
2017Joined Deloitte Tohmatsu Financial Advisory LLC (now Deloitte Tohmatsu LLC). Specialized in business valuation, financial analysis, and intangible asset valuation for publicly listed companies and venture businesses. In the same year, launched a private lodging (short-term rental) business in Tokyo, gaining hands-on experience in real estate operations and revenue management.
2020Transferred to KPMG Vietnam (Hanoi office). Provided comprehensive consulting services for Japanese companies expanding into Vietnam, covering investment advisory, accounting, taxation, legal, and human resources matters. Also supported projects in Da Nang.
2022Joined Mondpal Consulting and was appointed Director. Led consulting and cross-border M&A advisory engagements for Japanese companies operating across Hong Kong and other Asian markets.
2025Founded Retro Real Estate. Opened the guesthouse “CASA IKUCHIJIMA” on Ikuchijima Island, Hiroshima. Currently provides real estate brokerage services and supports lodging and short-term rental businesses for both domestic and international clients. clients both domestically and internationally.

While enrolled, obtained multiple design-related certifications, including: CAD Certification Level 1 Color Coordination Certification After graduation, joined Recruit Co., Ltd., where she developed planning, proposal, and sales skills from a business-oriented perspective.
2015Relocated to New York, USA. Worked at an advertising agency, gaining hands-on experience in design and branding projects.
She later moved to Hanoi, Vietnam. Joined the design department of an IT company, where she focused on CAD-based architectural drawings and was involved in spatial and office design projects associated with corporate office expansion.
2017Joined Mizuho Bank, Hanoi Branch. Handled corporate sales for Japanese companies expanding into Vietnam, supporting their business development from a financial and banking perspective. Alongside her professional career, she has been actively engaged in a wide range of creative and experiential projects, including: Camper van design and fabrication Hosting calligraphy workshops Various design and creative production projects
2025Joined Retro Real Estate. Primarily responsible for: Creation of real estate floor plans and drawings Design and refinement of property marketing materials In addition, she supports the operation of the guesthouse “CASA IKUCHIJIMA” on Ikuchijima Island.
